Common questions
I've never used Obsidian before. Will I be able to manage it?
Yes. We design vaults with manageability in mind. You'll receive a written guide covering daily use, and the Standard and Premium tiers include a video walkthrough.
Can you migrate from Notion?
Yes. Notion has a Markdown export function and we handle the restructuring from there. OneNote and Word documents work similarly.
Is my data private in Obsidian?
Obsidian stores everything locally on your device by default. No cloud, no data sharing. We'll walk you through sync options (Obsidian Sync, cloud storage, or git) if you need cross-device access.
What if I want to change the structure after delivery?
The vault is documented clearly, and we build it to be adjustable. Restructuring folders or templates is something most users feel confident doing after a few weeks of use.
