How accurate is the AI summarisation?
We prompt Claude to prioritise concrete facts and flag uncertainty explicitly. It's significantly more reliable than general prompting. That said, we always recommend you treat AI summaries as a starting point, not a final word.
What if I want to add a new topic after delivery?
With Standard and Premium, there's an ongoing refinement period. Adding a topic is usually a half-day job once the pipeline architecture is in place.
Can you monitor social media?
Partially. Twitter/X's API access has become expensive; we'll give you an honest picture of what's feasible within your budget. LinkedIn, Reddit, and public forums are generally workable.
What happens if a source goes offline?
We build error alerting into every pipeline. If a source becomes unreachable, you'll get a notification rather than a silent gap in your briefing.
