You receive a written scope, wireframe sketches, and a copy draft within 3 days. One round of feedback before we build.

We build the site in Astro, optimise images, wire the contact form, and do a final quality check: accessibility, mobile layout, page speed.

Common questions
Do I need to know how to code to maintain it?
No. For Standard and Starter sites, you'll get a written guide explaining how to update text and images. Premium sites include a CMS login so you can publish without touching code.
Can you work with my existing brand assets?
Yes. If you have a logo, colour palette, or style guide, we work with what you have. If you don't, we'll establish a simple visual direction during the discovery session.
What about hosting costs?
Hosting is free for most small business sites. You'll pay for your domain (roughly £10 to £15 a year) but nothing else. No monthly fees.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
We do a revision round before final delivery. If you're not happy with the direction after discovery, we'll talk it through. We've never had a project reach delivery without alignment.
